James Park is a result oriented professional.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE). James uses his market knowledge and negotiating skills with a high level of integrity to satisfy each of his clients. He has been a Realtor since 2005 and he has a realistic view of the market and the ability to get the job done from beginning to end.

James will involve himself in your home search as much or as little as you like, and will communicate information to you on a schedule and in a fashion that suits you best. He wants you to be 100% satisfied, with both his services and your new property. His goal is to make every customer a customer that will be proud to work with him again.

The most important criteria when choosing a Real Estate Professional is to find someone you can completely trust. You can always count on James Park to work with your best interests in mind and represent you to the best of his abilities.

As team leader of James Park's Group, a team of experienced brokers, we also have a short sale attorney, negotiator, and administrative support staff who are all experienced professionals in the business. We have closed short sales with major banks and have working relationships with many of their negotiators.

In today’s troubled Real Estate market with constant rule changes, there is simply no substitution for an experienced Realtor.
