Sonja Ams has worked in the medical field for over a decade. Upon moving from Tennessee to Phoenix, Arizona in the early 1990’s, Sonja received her degree in ElectroNeuroDiagnostics. She then pursued natural healing techniques through massage therapy. Upon receiving her degree as a licensed Massage Therapist, she also pursued other mind/body modalities which include certification as a  life coach, NLP (Neuro Linguistics) and Hypnosis. Asserting that healing begins in the mind, Sonja incorporates mind/body techniques to bring her clients integration and balance. 

Sonja is a  Nikken wellness consultant helping people turn their ordinary homes into wellness homes by bringing nature back in their urban living. Sonja helps people find balance in the five pillars of health®: healthy mind, body, family, society, and finances.

Sonja believes that the body possesses innate, self-healing mechanisms, and that healing begins with the mind. Call for FREE Magnetic massage!

Sonja practices Tai Chi daily and incorporates the Six Healing Sounds as part of her daily health-enhancing routine. Sonja is an avid hiker and uses that time to center herself and create her day through visualization and affirmation.
